It’s better to buy a harness. Since the neck of a cat is not strong enough.
Not quite with you, most of the time there is very little pull between us. Edit: there is a black strap that goes around his body behind forelegs

Lost in the floof. You just about make out the line where it is yeah.
I would love for my cat to enjoy this but he would probably be scared to death most of the time. Looks so fun for both of you.
It’s taken time to get to this point. Changing routines and quiet late night short walks were the start.
