Yeah? I’ll buy it when it’s on sale for $35 and they’ll profit, so it’s all good. Patience is a virtue and all that.

I don’t even have a console unless they plan on releasing it on Switch 2… so yeah, it’s gonna be a longer wait and I’m okay with that.
Right? I’ve already put more time into R.E.P.O. than most AAA games I’ve purchased in the last decade. It was $10 and is still in early access with more content coming.
The only situation where I’ll be forced into $80 is with Nintendo games I really, really want. I’ll be very discerning there though, probably only buying 2-3 a year on Switch 2. Cream of the crop. Pretty much every other publisher will drop their game prices significantly within a year. Then of course there’s also FitGirl…
What if the life saving cancer treatment gives the patient autism?!
I was hoping Cross was the start of turning it into a larger series… and I will defend that game to the end of my days because it’s really very good. Living up to Chrono Trigger is obviously a tall order, but I’m overall really happy with Cross and would like to see more games.
Yeah, if they want to get crazy with creative changes then… hey, make a new Chrono game?
HD-2D would be great. Polygonal remake done with care could work. I don’t like the idea of completely changing the gameplay, design, and key plot points one bit though.
Confusing since they have an entire team in Canada that specializes in ports and it’s never been easier considering the Sony and MS consoles are both x86 now.
I’m hoping that at least Nintendo will release their full games on the card. The truth is I’m probably not buying many third party games on Switch that aren’t exclusives.
$10 is a steal for this game. A couple friends and I went in blind and were having a riot a few hours in. “Lethal Company but fun.”
Yes, clay for curly hair! My stylist introduced me to that and now I realize it’s half the battle. L’Oréal shit I use is expensive at $23, but it lasts awhile and the results lead to regular compliments.
If the Coens returned to do a sequel, I would trust they have a good reason and be excited… but I think it’s like Bridges says. Not gonna happen. That’s perfectly good with me.
Dude all but endorsed Trump, called Harris a baby killer. Fuck him and his nonsense organization.
Of course popes have a wonderful history of supporting authoritarian monsters.
Indeed I should have said “up to 4K” and of course that is usually going to require using Nvidia’s excellent DLSS tech. But at the end of the day, the results are a visual treat. Again, mainstream consumers don’t think about stuff like this. It’s a solid upgrade over Switch. Thing is going to sell out instantly and be hard to get for a year just like the original regardless of what we think.
The hardware really isn’t dated though. Remember this is a handheld, not a console, and it’s using a newly designed custom Nvidia chip. Mainstream audiences aren’t going to be deeply analyzing the specs. They’re just going to look at the games. And the games look very good and are running at 4K.
Yeah, they’re going to sell out immediately and stock is going to be scarce even if they did increase the price.
And as the innocent man who is either still in that horrific prison or dead proves, they’ll apply the label to anyone they please and it will work with their base.
If they’re Republican it won’t matter.
One of the issues I have with the new open-world style Zelda games is that they don’t have replay value. After finishing each once (which takes a lot of time), I can’t actually imagine wanting to go back and play them again. So yeah, Nintendo can charge what they want and it isn’t very appealing regardless. Increased resolution isn’t going to change the experience.
Used to be thrilled with the situation keeping game prices down since I have never personally spent a cent on horse armor. Guess that only worked for so long sadly.
