you compared a tesla to a Lamborghini… and were complaining that chinese evs selling well doesn’t mean theyre better than teslas when objectively many of these cars have a bunch of reasons that they are reviewed better than teslas. You using the stock market to act like teslas are some gold standard has some pretty big importance as to why it matters to bring up Elon Musk and government subsidies, because tesla wouldn’t have that valuation at all without those realities.

oh really? is it not possible to update an android kernel then? i assumed they used and included existing but modified or updated kernels

thats awesome though and cool as fuck its a good way to breathe new life into what wouldve been ewaste

i dont wanna use docker but i did just find a docker image for armv8 so it seems that is at least something that could be done and docker seems to work on android

i dont know if keypassxc can sync with nextcloud but if it can then running nextcloud and connecting your devices to sync there is what i was gonna look at actually but ik less abt it than the rest so far

if the phone is mainly supported for pmos then you don’t even need to go through all this annoying android shit lol my phone was just not very supported sadly so I decided to go this route. I should’ve said Postmarketos is the ideal solution if supported in the original post

thats also why its best to update to a custom rom on a new version of android yea. But this is more in mind for people without the resources for a server in general to run such services, which are still definitely more secure slightly out of date than running no protections at all. Ideally its all hosted behind a modern and up to date router.

this is an extremely surface level understanding, the stock markets value tesla highly because of a history of government subsidies and protections as well as musks perceived closeness to the white house because of how much he paid into the presidency. This has been shown directly through stock analysis around certain events such as the results of the recent american presidency election which led to the stock of tesla drastically increasing overnight. and surging ever since, with notable drops during times when he feuded with trump more openly, losing a 150 bn dollar valuation over just a couple of days at the time of june 5th. And they only started to marginally improve after musk apologized.

that is exactly what i meant by it yes, predictive depth using cameras is way less reliable as it is vs direct sensors that are expensive but if they cant make something cheaply that wont kill you it shouldn’t be sold period

I’m glad someone else already said it but camera depth sensing is way less functioning and safe than these other sensors and is way more prone to environmental factors fucking with it. You should do some research instead of listing off something elon says without any understanding…

public transit shouldn’t have to track you to give you service, and for buses you can pay with change so unless they check the cameras which they need probable cause to do then no its not tracking anything about where you’re going and logging it anywhere in some database
but i believe in free public transit anyway

man assassin’s creed couldve been awesome
