the liquid glass is not as bad now and you can pretty much disable it if you want.

that’s the point, you can’t do that.

a persons wealth is not the value of their life. it’s just debt they have accumulated from others.

You have to think one step beyond this specific instance. Laws apply to everyone consistently.
So do you want to let cybersquatters fuck everyone just for the sake of fucking Lamborghini? Or is it better to get rid of these leeches who are providing no value to anyone but themselves?

“small government” is just a dog whistle for “lower rich people taxes”.
and the TV is barely any bigger than the ultrawide anyway.
for those people who love listening to credits in their music.

it’s easy to see it that way when a big corporation is involved, but average people and small businesses get fucked by cybersquatters too.
On balance I tend to side against the cybersquatters. They are not providing any value to anyone, just leeching dollars from the economy.

Will not work. None of these kinds of bans has ever worked. Did everyone just forget that they got blackout drunk as minors who could not legally purchase alcohol? Are we under some misguided belief that age verification procedures in this manner can or ever have worked effectively to reduce harm on minors?
Minors may not be 100% alcohol free but that does not mean they consume the same amount with or without age restrictions.
Will actually make the internet less safe for teenagers, as they will now be lying about their age and circumventing the systems in place, which renders all existing protections for them ineffective.
maybe, let’s see how it works.
Is pointlessly age targeted legislation as social media is also bad for adults as well. Its bad because of business practices and lack of ethical considerations in gigantic monolithic international social media corporations.
that’s true for other age-gated things like alcohol and tobacco. there is legislation to protect adults as well as banning use for children.
Is this law parfect? Probably not, but I think it’s a reasonable starting point and at least they are trying something.

I don’t know if this is the answer but I’m glad someone is trying something. will be a good case study regardless.

OP was the one who asked why people don’t use Retroachievements.

except for the fuckin fascists!

adding to his wank bank no doubt.

no, tailscale is still the easiest option.

aside from this one study there are plenty of others that find no significant risk from exposure to recommended levels of glyphosate.

only if they train it on intelligent data.

probably how it was prompted.
not judging by the absolute tirefire that is tiktok.
