Too much wealth concentration produces the opposite result where one person is able to make irrational and inefficient decisions, which negatively impacts everyone below them. See: Elon Musk. If was less wealthy, to the point where he couldn’t afford to fuck up, then he wouldn’t be able to screw over the people beneath him.

Buildings have become significantly more expensive to build, so only rich people build them in planned formats to make as much money as possible. Back in the day, regular people could build their own properties or afford to renovate according to their taste.
The therapist needs to have some reason to believe that a person is a threat to you or someone else. One purpose of the law is establishing community standards. Even if a single family all prefer to do nothing about the abuse, the community as a whole does not want to tolerate that kind of behavior in it. So really, it’s not supposed to help. It’s supposed to punish, to try to stop the behavior.
They’d be limited by things like private property rights or a person’s right to life and freedom, but other than that I wouldn’t assume their powers are limited in any public place. The president has inherent power to do certain things (like maintain the army) that isn’t derived from congress, and it’s fair enough to conclude that maintaining the president’s personal safety is necessary for him to be able to execute presidential functions.
We’re only as strong as our alliances, which the current administration is destroying for really no good reason at all. If our allies abandon us, then we aren’t protected from attack. Not really.

It gets better the more familiar you become with it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in real life. There are parts that are just way too jarring.
Not here. We mostly get redos. Bigger and shinier hospital, bigger and shinier engineering hall, replace a warehouse with a big and shiny apartment building. It’s crazy. We’ve got people doing drugs and sleeping on the streets, and we spend millions of dollars on a new library renovation.
I don’t really know what a browser does, but that sounds analogous to punishing a tv manufacturer for someone playing a pirated film on their tv.

I think it was probably this one that I read, though they did not use the word cure. They significantly improved symptoms.
I saw recently they’ve cured Parkinsons for the first time, and I think HIV can be reversed now. So that’s pretty cool.
Oh, and I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but they fixed airport and hotel wifi. I don’t know why I thought shitty wifi in hotels and airports was something I would have to live with for the rest of my life. It just always was that way, so I thought it would always be that way. But the last time I went on vacation, blazing public wifi at the airport and at the hotel. with video playing. We are the future.

I am in law school. You could not pay me to do a PHD. Just no. The workload of school is just ridiculous. There are always 5 other things you could do, and, no matter how hard you work, you’ll never catch up to the smart ones. I miss being able to get my stuff done in a day and then turn my brain off.
