Fennec is the only one still in development. There are some discussions to fork librewolf to android but nothing is official yet. I also came across Ironfox which is a mull fork, but everything still so vague about it

Mull was the only browser on my phone, which was more than enough for me, never encountered a problem with it and haven’t had to use another browser for the past two years.
