What’s even the point of writing the comment when you don’t remember? Just stirring drama for the sake of it isn’t helping anyone.
The only thing I love more than government censoring my internet is corporations censoring my internet 🥰
(You, apparently)
I played it a year ago with some friends. If you like Terraria then give it a try.
Afaik this game was also made by a solo dev.

What AI are we even talking about here? Surely not regular NPCs because they need to be in the game.

You boycott a game because it has DLC? That’s silly. Especially for PD2 which developed over years and added many times the content of the base game. And if you want to play a DLC mission you don’t even need the DLC; only the host needs it.
IMO paydays DLC policy was and is generally good. Recent price changes non-included.

Hard disagree.
Pre-Sequel, 3 and Wonderlands have all been great games that I had lots of fun with. I also know I’m going to have upwards of 100 hours of fun with 4. That’s what makes this whole story even more frustrating…
But I’m a patient gamer. I played the previous BL games years after they came out. I’ll do the same for this one - not because I can’t afford a 60€ price tag but because articles like this. Sad.

Celebrating other people’s death is always a bit awful but these chinese sailors are violating the sovereignity of another country for their own nations imperial ambitions. They’re just as bad as ruzzians.

That’s an (obviously) unpopular opinion around here but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt: How would AI be able to do that?
Still does. It’s her main thing.
My first comment may have been a bit confusing. What I asked about were the links insider the Newsletter; The stuff Tom is referencing. They are usualy stuff like this: https://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=pR_drn&m=ftZOJIimVNMcQMQ&b=oF1nuW28Y3wbKseYeTJePg
No idea what this is exactly but a quick online search says it’s tracking.
Oh, Tom Scotts Newsletter also has a RSS feed? I didn’t know that. Thanks! Btw. does it have tracking-links too or normal links?

It’s litteraly just one search…
On another note, I just saw the AI result at the bottom of the page as last result.

Isn’t it just the height of a normal result? I occasionally see it in default desktop.

Care to explain in what way? I’ve been a casual user of the side for a few years now and except the short waiting times for downloads and endorsement reminders there has been nothing to really frustrate me.

Privacy & Local Storage
All your chats and data are stored locally on your device, ensuring complete privacy and control.
Assuming that those providers don’t store your chats (which they certainly do). Also no mention of locally hosted models?
If you just want to connext to llms then SillyTavern can also do that, for free.
