Here’s the list. Looks likes its mainly models up to 2018. Your 2020 is likely still affected.

No idea if they respect it, but its a good idea regardless.
Extremely lopsided balance between factions. Most had interesting mechanics, some basically useless and some wildly overpowered. Apparently the new-ish aqua faction has an overwhelming mobility advantage, things like that.
They added these game changing titans to the game at one point that you could defeat and employ, but this was either just luck of the draw or not possible for some factions.
Combat was meh to boring, generally. The “look at us go” turn based zoom in fights were very boring to watch, and more boring to play.
The game dragged. Just dragged, to finish. I played dozens of times, and I dont think i fully finished the game more than maybe 3 times.
All that said, the games world building, plot, and overall interesting mechanics makes me hopeful for this sequel. If they can keep the fascinating lore going and fix the “game” issues, i’ll be there for it.
He also murdered her.
It’s unlikely that you would get a dowry if you also murdered the peasant women. With how unjust Indians law enforcement is, you likely would not face the same scrutiny though.
They need them some goats. They will clear out every damn thing.
Also very helpful for people who don’t realize they are lactose intolerant.
Coffee will still get you rolling, but in a much kinder way.
Not getting this experience on Mastodon. I hopped on after Lemmy, but so far I’ve had several positive back and forths with people.
Its been what, 8 years since the original switch was released?
They had plenty of time to decide on a better name.
In my experience, people want “it will work.” They will not accept “it could work” at all.
“It should work” is the perfect amount of hedge, even when you know “it will work,” because all of us have been burned by simple assumptions that were right 1000 times before and were somehow wrong this time.
Buckets is also good and runs on the same “envelope” model. I find the UX of buckets much better, personally.
Not actual FOSS, but its a free unlimited trial that you pay for when you want to.
This is why “sure” or “yes” are not part of my IT vocabulary. “Should” is king. “We should be be able to do” or “that should work.”
In the idiocy of stakeholders that want IT to be a magic wand to fix their ineptitude instead of a helpful contributor to their well thought out process, you have to coach everything in the polite “no” that is “maybe” or “should.”
Well, I spent a non zero amount of time trying to use the word “sluiced,” so I think mixing metaphors is probably accurate.
Sure, but that doesnt mean I want to mix its difficulty into code.
I like fried chicken too, but i don’t try to somehow add json to it, no matter how sexy those nested brackets get.
Good things dont all have to be sluiced together into a juicy pulp. They can be good all on their lonesome. I can “git gud” in dark souls and enjoy well documented, consistent IaC as well.
Ahh, I didn’t realize we had mixed some “git gud” dark souls shit into my devops.
But seriously, I’ll give your guide a look. Everyone should taste madness occasionally.
NixOS : no dudes, its not raw screeching madness, its great. Just great. So great. Please read these 17 guides that are outdated more every minute to get started. Also, dont read that guide. We don’t do that anymore, but there is no way for me to explain why unless you already know.
Ive tried NixOS three times now, and it hasn’t took. Has anyone written a sane guide to the current iteration yet?
At least faking a call so they leave him alone.
Some people fight because they are stunned and confused, as cops will often attack with overwhelming force without identifying themselves. Others fight because some people do get away.
In the grimmiest case, people fight because they know that they are about to get “death by cop” because some power tripping or racist asshole knows they can kill them and just get away with it.
I mean fuck, 13 prison guards just beat a man to death in a New york state prison hospital while he was handcuffed, and the only reason anything is being done is that 4 considered the murder so mundane they didn’t even take off their body cameras. They dragged him in handcuffed and dazed, already clearly beaten, then proceeded to punch his face, kick is groin, stuff a rag into his mouth as he screamed, lift his body up by his neck, breaking his spine, and then pushed him up against a wall to die. They then stripped him, took of the handcuffs and put him on the gurney and pretended they didn’t know why he was near dead. The NY AG release the footage of it. You can watch a dozen men murder him in cold blood. The worst part? It is clearly completely normal for them to do this shit. They just finally killed someone.
I can name a dozen more cases like the above off hand, in the wider world or in our prisons, done by cops or prison guards.
When faced with the above when you comply, why not try to fight your way out? If every stop is a possible death sentence, why not try to survive by killing them first?
Just POSIX and no other compatibility? Pretty niche, man.
“Microsoft paid manufacturers to add another stupid key to laptops? Huh, okay then. Stupid key is now in linux. Map it up however you like yall.”
