    I ate ramen for almost every meal for like a month and the doctor said my sodium is off the charts and that I need to stop.

      yeah that stuff is high blood pressure in a pouch. gotta half the seasoning packets or maybe get some other cheap seasonings to go with it like black pepper, powdered garlic, maybe even lime juice like comes with pad thai

      Boil the noodles, drain all the water. Add back a little bit of cold water. Add half the seasoning pouch, some soy sauce, a little sriracha, and a spoonful of peanut butter.

      It’ll change your life man.
