I can pull about 300 watts (14.5v * 20A) sustained without the cigarette lighter fuse blowing

I have also seen eggs cooked on 65W CPUs

So could be feasible

  +1 to this. I charge my framework 16 with my car charger cigarette lighter. not impossible
