Lol, but like didn’t Goku like live off of dinosaur steaks as a kid? Gohan also fights a T-Rex and makes lunch from its tail a couple times.
What’s the original image btw?

Wait, people don’t like Faith of the Heart?
Wonder what ren fair this was at
Normal enough I deal with it on 2 separate machines. One new and store bought, unmolested by IT lockdown bs, and the other I built and use really just for gaming. Idk man. I just feel like Windows has gotten worse and worse and I’m thinking of hopping back to Linux now that gaming is more accessible on it thanks to Proton, but I can’t completely get away from windows.
It doesn’t. I bought it with a company credit card and I don’t let IT touch it. I gotta do a lot of stuff in the field so I don’t have time to call IT every time I need to install a software update update.
The File Explorer behavior is something I’ve been noticing lately. I do have a number of cloud accounts connected for work, 2 One Drive, 1 dropbox, with a shit ton of files and folders (most not sync’d locally) and I wonder if File Explorer is looking through those when it opens.
Idk man. I have a brand new laptop my work got me and I notice it. Windows is just plain bad now. It’s like I go to save a file and the file browser window opens and I’m stuck sitting there waiting for minutes. It’s like I’m suddenly 10 again when you’d turn on your pc, go make breakfast, come back and hope your PC finished booting. Does it both on my work laptop running 11 and my PC at home running 10.
Probably because the family as a whole was greater than the sum of their parts.
Need a font? Just make your own. Turn your handwriting into its own font. Problem solved.
Man I wish I had handwriting that nice
Andy Serkis does a wonderful job reading, but it’s still the driest thing I’ve ever listened to. Idk how I read this when I was in high school. It just puts me to sleep while I drive. I’m gonna try again after I get back into the groove listening to others read by him.
What’s different about this from the version that’s already available on Steam? What’s up currently plays like shit unless you fix the controls, but it’s there. This doesn’t appear to be a remastered version, so I must be missing something.
AREN’T YOU A MAN?
I love Wheel of Time. Solid fantasy. Not sure if you’re aware but the author passed away before being able to finish the series. He left notes on how to complete the series and on who he thought should be the one to write the last book. The authors publisher, also his wife, went through all those notes and ultimately picked Sanderson to complete the series. He does a fantastic job at it too and had I not known before hand I would have been hard pressed to realize the author changed.
Unfortunately they added micro transactions, a paid battle pass, and worst of all Nprotect Gameguard. I’m not putting that shit on my PC. It’s a cheap kernel level rootkit that some people say they were unable to easily remove even after uninstalling games using it.
I mean, I get it, but what is this from?
I’d add to this and say you need:
A Usenet client such as SabNZBD (like qbittorrent or similar downloading client, but for Usenet)
A Usenet provider such as Astraweb, Newshosting, UsenetServer, Easynews, etc (or a paid subscription giving you access to a number of servers, kind of like a private torrent site)
And a tracker or indexer such as NZBGeek, NZB Finder, omgwtfnzbs, DrunkenSlug, etc (similar to a library index that helps you find what you want in the sea of information)
You can set services like these up with programs that use these tools to pull what you want automatically, such as the Arrs (Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, etc) or you can manually search either the provider directly through their own search engine, or through an indexer’s refined search engine.
Turns out it translates to REPLICA
Not sure if it’s specifically what you’re looking for, but I’d recommend going on disboard and looking up local discord servers. I’ve joined a couple and met some people I like hanging out with through one. I’ve found that people on local servers tend to be a mix, including other lonely or socially awkward people. One of the servers I’m in literally has a How to Make Friends pinned post for people who might need it. It’s also got an all purpose support thread going that tends to be very positive.
Find a few near you that do meet ups or events, feel the groups out for a bit even just lurking and see if it feels right for you. Maybe go to an event, even if you also feel anxious, and try to meet some of the people you talk to online. Just remember that they might also be lonely people trying to make a connection too.
Video scalers my dude. Proprietary yes, but Chinese is questionable. Crestron, Extron, QSC, all major video products based out of the US, tho I believe only Crestron manufacturers in the US.
