It also is likely costs that are having to be done anyway because of web based sales or other distribution channels. So it’s even worse that Apple and Google act like they’re providing so much when they’re literally just preventing businesses from using their existing infrastructure.

I mean, you do understand that this money isn’t just vanishing right? It’s being spent on people, manufacturing, materials. It doesn’t just vanish into nothing.

The only movie I’ve seen in theaters in the past couple of years has been Dune 2. The only movie I plan to see in theaters in the future is Dune 3 if/when it gets made.

Otherwise I’m not sure there’s any movies on anyone’s docket that won’t be far more fun watching from my couch.

50s. Getting back to one’s 30s you’re still old enough for people to take you seriously, but the creaking bones and exhaustion hasn’t really started creeping in yet.

A few hundred. At the end of a “project/idea/thing” I’ll bookmark the entire set, dated, described, and close them all at once, things always come back in need later. It’s very satisfying.

For normal day to day browsing I have a window with about 15 pinned tabs that I just cycle through in the morning catching up on stuff and then close that window.
