the background is the windows 10 default light through windows logo. The start menu is the same style as windows 10 mobile when using continuum.

Thats not Windows 8. Windows 8 start menu was full screen and purplish.
Looks more like Windows 10 Mobile on a dock.

Reported in Apple Maps as incorrect name. Won’t change anything, but it needed to be done.
