Yes, of course your router (that’s routing your network traffic) sees the traffic it’s routing - although these days almost everything is using https , so the router wouldn’t be able to inspect the content.
However, the original question was about windows, and I don’t know of any router that uses windows, so I’m not sure if that addresses your actual question.

Seems to me that it’s not the black hole itself was turned off and on again, but rather that it’s jet was suppressed by the colossal gravitational (?) pressure of the surrounding galactic core.

The characters in the comic are terrorists.
Just like almost every depiction of arabs, muslims or people with brown skin in general. My claim isn’t that every Arab is represented by this comic. I say that this is the only way Arabs are ever represented, which is racist.

The comic is about anxiety and possibly OCD and a common feeling that nearly everyone has had at one time.
It’s true that these are common feelings.
The racist rage bait I was referring to is the casual suicide bombing and musings about naked virgins. Would you agree that these aren’t common things that nearly everyone has, but rather racist tropes about brown people?
Looks to me like racist “just-arab-things” rage bait, but am happy to be corrected
