I moved from Wisconsin a decade ago and I still get political shit from their parties. If there’sa good answer for this I hope you get it, I think this is just my life now.

As all things will be forgotten. So it goes.
To be clear, rent is usually one value for however many humans will be living there, but everywhere has different rules for pets. For the most part you’re restricted to one or two dogs specifically if they’re allowed at all. Some places will charge the same for one or more, some will charge more for 2. It’s really variable. But with RealPage leading the way with the largest rental management companies, is getting pretty unified and difficult to not get fucked over by.
Smaller pets like fish or hamsters usually aren’t mentioned or charged for though that I’ve seen.
It’s exactly what it sounds like. Extra bullshit monthly rent tacked onto the regular rent in addition to a usually non-refundable pet deposit at time of move in or pet adoption.
Basically you’re a money faucet in the US, and wide open if you have pets or kids
Take the the interstates, pretty much every gas station along those exits will be built to accommodate your situation. I drive from Colorado to Wisconsin and back a couple times a year on I 80 and see a lot of similar setups to what you’ll be doing. It’ll be fine. You got this.
Too bad he didn’t consider that an investment in his future and not just explicitly that show.
What I recognized as “brain shocks” when I was taking generic escitalipram (Lexapro) would be a feeling sort of like a short circuit in my brain for a quick flash of a moment. Like another commenter said, quick movements of my eyes or head could cause it. It was quick, and non lingering, but could happen frequently. Just a little bzzt! In the brain with a little visual stutter. It didn’t hurt but it was disconcerting until I realized it was normal when missing or cutting down doses. Sounds like it can happen for some people on the normal dose but that wasn’t an issue for me.
Yes, in practicality, this is it.
Guarantee that A) it doesn’t taste just like real butter, and B) it’ll make you shit yourself and bring a return of the label “may cause anal leakage”.
Does that mean it’s not a potentially viable product? No, it doesn’t. But let’s not bullshit.
I just don’t respond if I’m doing something else or calling it a night. It’s ok to set boundaries by just taking your time to respond. You don’t have to respond immediately and it’s not really healthy to expect them to every time either. Anyone that can’t handle that and stops responding just isn’t going to be a match for you if you need to have that kind of break from responding. I’m definitely opposed to the white lies, I prefer someone I’m communicating with to at least respect me enough to be up front about it if they say anything at all, but I don’t need a reason if they don’t respond for hours or even a day or so.
I think you’ve got part of it right from my recollection and experiences, but not quite the full thing. I think Obama’s success actually lead shitty people to lash out more, which brought trump to power, which emboldened those shitty people to stop hiding it and actually be proud and display it. I think the racism and shittiness was always there but people kept more of a lid on it. We just aren’t able to pretend it isn’t who we are more broadly anymore.
Yeah, professional training can be really helpful. Especially if they’re interactive with you as well so that you learn how to train while the dog is being trained. Imo a training course is only as good as the owner will be after, if that makes sense.
One thing I read once and applied to my last dog and my friend has done with his: use as the hand gesture for sit bringing both your hands up to your chest, like kids do when afraid. Dogs tend to respond to visual commands as much as or more than vocal. This way if someone is scared of the dog and makes that scared gesture, the dog will (in my experience in most cases) sit.
And in general, consistency is the most important thing. In the end, teach your dog whatever commands you want with whatever cues you want, but consistency is the key across the board. This includes initially how anyone interacts with your dog during the initial training phases, if possible. This helps reinforce the specific training you’re doing and that not just you should be able issue commands
I had a dog when I caught it that first July, so I kept walking her. I obv kept wide of people but still walked my dog and got plenty of sunlight. I don’t know what’s real and what isn’t as far as what’s going to help with reducing the intensity of this things but im glad I kept getting exercise and vitamin D, and I’m also glad Paxlovid is out there for people who catch it now. Rest, fluids, the med, and still getting a little sunlight and low intensity exercise would be my 100% non medical professional recommendation.
I’m a big fan of unsweetened soda water. Ila Croix, klarbrunn, bubly.
I make my own though with a soda stream. I have a shit ton of hops as a home brewer so I make flavoring that’s steeped hops (filtered out after steeping), combined 50/50 with juice blend I make 50/50 from lemon and lime. Not the fake from concentrate shit, but I don’t fresh squeeze it either. You can get the real stuff in most grocery stores these days.
So 1/2 hops tea, 1/4 unsweetened lemon juice and 1/4 unsweetened lime juice.
Then I put about an inch of that in a pint glass and fill it the rest of the way with soda water.
Very low calorie and hits the spot. It has helped me entirely stop drinking beer at home.
And not just that, but it’s disingenuous. There’s no real interest here in an answer, it’s just intended to provoke interaction. Even all but the most overt, direct, owning it racists will claim racism is bad, regardless of their own actions and tendencies. Bad post is bad.
Edited to add: I feel like this community should be interpreted as having an implied “genuine” to it regarding the questions involved.
Traffic. I25 north from Denver. 3 hours from when I realized my fuck-up to the next possible exit thanks to a flatbed truck across all 3 lanes trying to remove a white suv that was somehow high centered perpendicular on the concrete median with no visible damage.
I’m not adding to any conversation really but this is pretty much my answer too
Actually could be the breathing asshole of a parasitic fly larvae. Put some petroleum jelly over it in a thick layer and see if whatever it is crawls out.
I just looked myself up in the voter registrations and it seems I’m already unregistered after being gone so long. Must just be residual contact lists I need to keep responding stop to, it has slowed down. Thank you for the suggestion
