We’ve evolved technologically, not psychologically

I have an office account for work. I don’t happen upon the troubles people report here. I couldn’t leave MS as I basically use all their stuff for work (and so do the several other hundreds of employees here). But teams does work well: texting, videocalls with 100s of participants, recording meetings, file repositories

I use teams every day. My only gripe recently is the messages like “look the wonderful things we did to improve it” that I didn’t need and will probably never use, but I press the little X don’t know don’t care

The second best is also the best, except for the best one. But the last one seems like they only had CGI budget for one alien. Venom’s last one is also disappointing, these people have run out of new ideas for a long time. Just milking the respective franchises

While all that is technically true, I still watched each and every alien franchise movie. The best one has been the best, and it went downhill from there. Last one is meh to be polite, so I might not be bothered again. Oh who am I kidding, I’ll watch that too

Yeah, go to work every morning while the world ends and everything looks like it will only get worse from here. It’s not easy, and knowing your kids will only get it worse doesn’t reassure anyone. Best you can do (all you can do?) is be there for them
