Just another Lemmy user, and also an idiot who accidentally wiped his Lemmy instance not once but twice. Oh well, third time’s the charm.
She was just super tired after a long play session, normally she prefers to curl up but here she just became a noodle cat
Gollum:
The nonchalant look on that mans wife tells me its a regular occurance
Minus the friend part and its my cat. If she hears a fly she goes full terminator on it
Best channel
Whenever I see melted cheese, I just have this craving to clog my arteries
My spiders (if I have any left, since my cats like to hunt anything that moves) are freeloaders because my cats are catching (and eating) all the flies instead of them.
Spiders: “They took our jobs!!”
Its completely true.
Here’s the behind the scenes video. Skip to 2:50 for the Viggo part
He did. Apparently he wanted to just super glue his tooth back and continue the scene. The crew basically had to force him to go to the dentist for emergency tooth job and he was back filming after 1 hour
No no, I really appreciate it. I frequently use “queue” at work (i.e. programming queues), so my brain just defaulted to that automatically
Fixed, cheers
Thanks! Really happy to hear that 😁
Before 0.18.2, whenever I posted something from my instance, and that post contained an image, I would get the spinning animation on the button and after like 5 minutes I would get some error (likely a timeout). But despite that, the post would actually show up, so it was probably timing out on some confirmation stage.
But after I updated the instance to 0.18.2, it’s been working fine, so hopefully it stays that way
Yeah, for me LOTR holds a special place because it’s something I very vividly remember watching as a kid, so I don’t think any other movie would compare.
That said, my very first exposure to LOTR movie was actually a humorous dubbed version which completely twisted all the characters. I only later discovered that it was not, in fact, the real LOTR. Imagine my surprise
I use OpenBoard, its based on GBoard I believe but without the Google dependencies and is open-source. Works pretty well, no complaints
A little over a year ago, I adopted a female kitten. But she had (and still has) endless supply of energy. I once spent like 1.5 hours playing with her to tire her out and in the end I was the one to tire out. So adopted another female kitten 1 month younger. After the standard introduction, they got along fairly well. But even to this day the older one likes to bully the younger one whenever she’s in the mood. After the bullying session (with comical yells for help) end, they’d often sleep right next to each other.
