My understanding is that these fingerprints are specific to your device and don’t get stored in the cloud. If you buy a new phone, then you’ll have to rescan your fingerprints.

They banned the infamous turtle mod. Not because he was a horrible and abusive mod, but because he protested Reddit’s API changes that killed third party apps. It just sends the message that as long as you align with the company, then you can abuse their users all you want.
DeArrow has a bad habit of renaming videos that don’t need to be renamed. For example, ‘History of the Entire World I Guess’ was renamed to ‘History of the World.’ Ain’t nobody clicking on that.
LLMs need to get better at saying “I don’t know.” I would rather an LLM admit that it doesn’t know the answer instead of making up a bunch of bullshit and trying to convince me that it knows what it’s talking about.
The reason they work so well is because they’re basically sandpaper. You are removing your countertop finish when you use them.
Tracing is actually his middle name. His full name is Ray Tracing Xiong, or RTX.
The biggest problem with those two movies is that the pacing was awful. You had exhausting fight and chase scenes followed by scenes that had way too much mumbo jumbo dialogue. Every scene could have been made shorter without losing any plot points.

The difference is that people that are in other operating systems already know that you can do that. You don’t have to tell them.
That the start menu has a search bar. You would think that everyone would know this after almost 2 decades, but too many people still navigate through their computers like it’s 1998.
And a lot less people posting “what’s something that used to be cool, but isn’t now?” posts every single day. It’s gotten to the point where I can usually guess what the top answer will be.
Qgyh2 was the OG power mod.
Let’s use Tor Browser as an example since that’s one of the programs that typically gets installed with a tarball. Once you’ve downloaded and extracted the tarball, you’ll want to navigate to the extracted files. You can do this in the terminal using CD commands, but I think it’s easier and a little more intuitive to just use your file manager and navigate to the folder that way. Once you’re in the correct folder, you’ll want to right click on an empty space and select “open and terminal.” Now you’ll have a terminal open and it will already be in the correct directory. From here you’ll want to run the “start-tor-browser.desktop” script. To do this, simply type ./start-tor-browser.desktop and you’ll be able to follow along from there.
Running programs from a Tar image typically involves running a script. You just have to change the name of the script to match whatever they have in the directory. Auto complete is your friend here. You don’t have to actually type the entire name of the script, you only need to type the first few letters and then hit tab.
A tar file is similar to a ZIP file. The easiest way to uncompress them is by using your file manager and right clicking.
Problem is is that is that too many people insist on doing things the Windows way and they get frustrated because of it. For example, instead of going to the software center, they choose to download their programs from a website, even though that’s not how you’re supposed to do it most of the time. They’ll also spend hours trying to get Windows only programs to run, when there are alternatives available that work just as well.
I’ve seen a bunch of ads on Facebook where it’s a deepfake of either Elon or Mr Beast. Just goes to show that Meta doesn’t give a fuck and will let anything through if you pay them.
Following in porn’s footsteps I see. Can’t pause a video without getting an ad shoved in front of your face.
People who drink alcohol are more likely to vote than people who use other drugs.
I remember Google saying like 2 decades ago that it was actually their goal to get you off of their website as quickly as possible. If you clicked on a link, and then clicked back in less than 30 seconds, then Google would consider that search result to be not what you were looking for.
