If I click your username in voyager and then click the 3 dot in the top right, I have the option to block user. Also, voyager supports keyword blocking so that can help clean up your feed a bit.

You can’t even discuss electric cars or space travel anymore without people coming to tell you their opinions about Elon Musk.
Just block communities, works for me, although politics still get through the gaps and I can’t block people from Voyager.
Doesn’t quite work when they are in every meme community :/
