    Well it is related to animal poo. But the animals are humans. And also sex.

    Not sure it can be explained in any way that would be appropriate for a 5 year old.

    Scat (scientific) - animal droppings (poop)

    Scat (internet/modern) - people who participate in sex involving poop as part of their kink.

    Basically it’s a sexual fetish or kink that involves feces and defecation. This means, a thing people have in which poop and pooping makes them horny.
