Explain to me, in small words, why that show isn’t as widely known/quoted/beloved as ‘Rick and Morty?’

Probably because Legion is a show that’s harder to get into, and people might not find it as interesting as some other shows. But truly, I don’t really know.

Edit: Or if you want it in a simple way. Weird show.

I just found a really obscure show on Paramount. “Lioness” with Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman.

Kidnappings, torture, assassinations combined with family drama and high stakes politics.

I can see why it’s not popular. Too much violence for a soap opera, and too much soap opera for the violence lovers.

Sounds like something I’d maybe skip through half the episode, unless the drama part is actually well done.

Exactly my point. I was just looking for a shoot-'em-up. Found myself caught up in the plot.

Apparently it is getting another season, so it did find an audience.

Also, wandering further afield, I’ve noticed that there’s now a genre of action/politics shows. “The Recruit” “The Diplomat” “Madam Secretary” “The Night Agent.”

Do you know of a good guide? I want to get into high-sea streaming but I’ve been out of the privateer game for years and between all the different aspects of it like Stremio, Debrid, Radarr, (I don’t even know what any of those even are) I really don’t know where to start. I hear there’s a way you can use it to browse shows like would a streaming service and just stream them to your device without torrenting them beforehand? I just feel lost every time I try to find out more information

Jellyfin is so great. I switched over from Kodi & emby about a year ago now due to a combination of kodi’s mobile apps being way too resource intensive and emby locking to much behind paywalls.

I feel this. I used to make software features for mortgage appraisers and I never even once got to use it to appraise a home!
