is Rust ready for this?
To my knowledge upgrading to the newer release of any of those linux distros did not cost any money to the users, either.
That is what “genocide” means.
So say we all.
Now that “Justice has been served” I take it that US support for this war will be pulled and the Israelis will pack up and return back across the borders to go home?
the gambler’s fallacy is the opposite of what applies to #1
“is the belief that, if an event (whose occurrences are independent and identically distributed) has occurred less frequently than expected, it is more likely to happen again in the future (or vice versa).” -per wikipedia
#2 is an optimist? A glass half full type of guy maybe.
#3 i’d guess is inferring that the statistics are based on an even distribution where the failures are disproportionately made up of by the same select few surgeons. or maybe that’s #2 and the scientist actually know the theory of how the procedure works in addition to what #2 knows about statistics and distributions.
I really would prefer them to go after Amazon and Apple before Google, or at least all of them at once.
I have a Gazelle12 from 2018 and it’s chassis is dogshit, but when I did my research before purchasing I saw a lot of reviews. They all pointed out that the case was made of flimsy plastic, so I was aware ahead of time of that potential problem. The Oryx Pro was the next Model up for several hundreds more, though. Ultimately, I am happy with my laptop even if I have to disassemble it just to repair the chassis with epoxy periodically. It’s 6 years later and the specs are still more than adequate for 99% of my needs, except for my specific intel processor which isn’t supported by Win11. I consider that a feature as oppose to a problem. The software bloat and planned obsolessence through slowdowns of software on Windows based computers are things I do not miss one bit.
They have since changed their model lineup and I bet the build quality on the other models today aee much better then the Gazelle of 2018.
I don’t even look at that thing. I scroll right past it.

i wouldn’t expect anyone to watch a video longer than 3 minutes on the subject.
it seriously blows my mind that the overwhelming majority of my fellow americans tolerate this system, that is if they don’t downright approve of it. The issues mentioned in that video are not isolated incidents. They are common, everyday, business-as-usual practices that almost all of us deal with.
I see that you too have heard the prophecy.
I’d put a saltwater lake in the center surrounding a 100’ tall Cypress tree.
I love it!
The schadenfreude, I mean.

That does explain why there are always outspoken vegans inside my echo chambers.
First time?
Do public schools not teach keyboarding anymore? I ask because I had a keyboarding classe two-hrs 1day per week in grade school plus a full class one year in 7th grade and then again for a full year in high school, and they were always taught by some of the oldest teachers in the school. -My high-school teacher started his career teaching typewriter typing something like three or four decades prior to teaching me in 2004. It seems strange that new young people aren’t getting that same basic education.
The U.S. political Overton window being where it is today, I’m pretty sure it’s much more than 50%
