I’m not so sure that’s going far enough. I’d be on board if they raised property and sales taxes so I could afford a bigger house and more groceries. Still, my employer would probably just raise my wages, effectively putting me all the way back where I started.
I’d hope and pray my employer lowers my salary so much I can be in a lower tax bracket. Than I can go on welfare which pays for all my necessities and is a solid flawless system I can live off of for the rest of my life.
I don’t think that will work, but hopefully they raise income taxes so I at least take home a bit more cash each month.
