I started seeing more and more people attacking Palestinians actions and criticizing their demonstrations.

Why did people positions change and why they started attacking them online this days?

Just to make it clear, I am not talking about hating hamas, I am talking about hating palestinian citizens.

You probably ended up in the wrong confirmation bias bubble in the world of black box “news” content filtering. It’s the most dangerous thing about Facebook/Tiktok.

That, and/or another round psyops funding from Israel et al.

Have you actually seen anybody change their minds, or are you just perceiving more pro Israel people?

Given both groups have been large and vocal for a long time it’s more likely that your social media algorithm has recategorised you and you are simply being shown things you didn’t used to

It’s always been that way ever since Israel was founded. What’s different is that people under the age of 50 are asking why for the first time.

You will find a lot of Zionists practicing copy and paste sophistry and pretending that they correct your thought crimes by explaining why you’re a horrible person.

Instead of making assumptions and asking “why did people”, start asking “did people”. The answer is no, they did not. Nobody has changed sides.

OP is likely green to notice shill ops.

But yeah nobody is changing their minds except more and more people learning that israel is doing a genocide.

I don’t know how Israeli plan to live in this world going forward but they will be very unpleasantly surprised when they leave their shithole regime.

No amount of us approval gonna help them.

Could it be, that the haters just became louder, pushing into the limelight more? Not actually more people, just more vocal and therefore more visible?

I personally haven’t seen this development.

    Why did people positions change

Modern weapons are all in on social engineering.

Sway the population to perceive reality one way or another.

Some narrative networks are maintained by states, others by industries.

Some see all anti-Israel stuff as antisemitic. Some people just hate Muslims. Some people hate brown people. Some people hate people condoning violence. And some people mix all those things up.

It’s possible Israel/America are stepping up their influence on how the war is perceived for better optics. Governments around the world are known to do this via bot farms and other means.

I think there are a lot of manipulator accounts in Lemmy. As with any social media platform, be wary of misinformation. Sometimes it’s blatant misinformation, sometimes it’s more subtle with small nudges.

Nobody is attacking Palestinian citizens for the most part, just the people supporting them who think it’s alright to impose on day-to-day life as a way of showing their support. Israel is seeing more support now because people are beginning to see through most of the claims against them as well as the absolutist attitude many have. I do not look up to people who wish death upon people of a nation simply for being born there.

There are very few of us remaining who haven’t sucked the terrorist dick already. All these college students crying over the poor Palestinians they have nooooo idea of history. All the sob stories meanwhile on 9/11 those people were dancing in the streets celebrating.

Terrorism is when the weak strike against the powerful. Oppression is when the powerful strike against the weak. Both are deplorable, but the latter is much more insidious due to the target population’s inability to stand up for itself.

So it’s very rich to hear you lecture others on not knowing their history, when you apparently just ignore the over half a century of oppression that led to these acts of terrorism in the first place.

You also say all Palestinians are undeserving of sympathy, because of these acts of terrorism. Is that because you think all Palestinians are terrorists? Or just because you think Palestinians are subhuman and undeserving of sympathy by default? Either way, there’s a word for that, it’s called being a bigot.

I have family going back several generations who lived in Israel before it was even Israel. I’ve lived there. Have you lived there? Do you have any idea what has been going on for the past 70 years? Or do you only know what the media tells you?

You have no idea at all. So you throw like a dozen strawmen into your response. Seriously your argument is nothing more than masturbation. Enjoy your rhetoric and buzzwords. You are completely fooled.

    Got an example?

News and politics subs are compromised by DNC komissars shilling kamala and this shot is bad for kamala so they want a more leveled discussion.

Anybody with half a brain knows Israel is conducting a genocide and American regime funds it with our money 🤡
